Hello! I'm Dr Nicola Sutton, a passionate Forensic Psychologist with over 10 years of experience dedicated to helping people like you to navigate their thoughts and emotions. If anxiety, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm are holding you back, I'm here to help you regain control and find your balance. I also support people facing self-harm or suicidal thoughts, guiding them to break free from these challenges and create a vibrant, fulfilling life.
